I am finally doing it - I am starting a blog. For what reason, I am not really sure. I think it may just to prove that I can do it. Or maybe it is to post and have all of my favorite things in one place. Or maybe it is to add one more thing to my list "of things to do" in a day. Who knows, but I am excited to start something new. Heres to a new journey.
The above is something else new that I am missing dearly. Miss Isla started attending daycare this week. Even though I know that she is being well taken care of I am still struggling with the fact that I have to give up control and let someone else raise my children 9 hours a day five days a week. It is not just about giving up control. It is about life being too short and me missing out on so much of my children's lives while I work. But I guess without work there would be no fun outings to look forward to, no new clothes, no food on the table, etc. And in Maddox's world there would be no new toys - Maddox believes that we go to work to make money so that we can buy new toys - oh to be a child again. Anyway, here's to missing my "new" little one and my "old" little one (Mr. Maddox).
